The pilgrimage site at the Church of Our Lady Victorious at White Mountain
The Baroque pilgrimage site was handed over to the Benedictines but in too dilapidated a state to be renovated during the ensuing years, other than work on the church interiors. As a result, the local church community, in collaboration with the Benedictine Sisters and with the support of the Benedictines from nearby Břevnov monastery, decided to do their best to save the place. This project is aimed at restoring and rearranging the site to render it fit to once again be fully open to the public.
To this end, the “Restoration project for the pilgrimage site at the Church of Our Lady Victorious at White Mountain” has been organised, on the basis of which a funding application has been made to the Norwegian Financial System.
Our company has sponsored this project.
